I had been servicing with United BMW in Roswell for the past 10 years...they became dismissive of my concerns, left my car a mess, broke a part and refused to cover it, and lied about completing a service. past 10 years...they became dismissive of my concerns, left my car a mess, broke a part and refused to cover it, and lied about completing a service. I also was told I had to have a hold of $150 to get a loaner which apparently is a new protocol. I decided to try out BMW of Gwinnett and could not be more pleased. Annie has been AMAZING!!! She was very informative, ordered parts that were needed, provided a loaner with no card hold. I was amazed that the guy at the loaner desk remembered me by name when I came to pickup my car. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and their new facilities are beautifully done. Thank you Annie! More

We live in Savannah and found a used car at Gwinnett we loved. Didn’t want to drive 4.5 hours to test drive and then sit at a dealer for hours negotiating. We already knew the car, so after contacting a salesperson, Jimi, he sent us a new video (inside & out) with car running, new photos with honest feedback. There were a couple small paint touch ups he didn’t hide. We decided to buy it. Credit ran, and price negotiated via phone and downpayment paid remotely. We drove to dealer Monday, drove and reinspected the car, and were off the lot in a jiff!. Best car buying experience ever. Would definitely buy from them again! Thanks Jimi! More

This was my first time working with this advisor and Tony did a great job. One with fixing the issue with my Apple CarPlay. He fixed the issue hands on in my car the day of service and BMW Assist over the ph did a great job. One with fixing the issue with my Apple CarPlay. Two, he also got my car in and out of service within a week.in which previous visits did not. My wife and were very close to taking our business elsewhere but I think the experience with Tony changed our decision. More
