I visited the dealership on 8/14 to take a look at the blue 2015 428i they have for sale but then I returned on 08/15 to test drive, in hopes of that leading to a purchase. The sales rep that I was paired with (who knew absolutely nothing about BMW's) brought the car around so that I could take it for a drive. First of all, I couldn't even touch the inside door handle without a thick black grease getting on my hand, which is something that I pointed out to the sales rep on 8/14 when looking at the car. As I am driving, we heard a pretty loud noise coming from the top of the car whenever I would accelerate AND as I was pulling back into the dealership after about a 15 min drive, there was a grinding noise coming from the driver's side front tire, or in that area, when braking. They pulled the car in and "looked" at it. As this is happening, I'm waiting in the sales reps office, wasn't even offered a drink. He sat in front of the computer and did not say a word to me. It was a very awkward situation. I expressed my frustration to him and there was nothing. I got up and went outside. Sales manager Mike came out and said some "pin" was loose and that they would fix it. I asked him what pin or if he could provide any detail and he couldn't even tell me! They lowered the price online though. BMW is supposed to be a luxury dealership. There is NOTHING luxury about this place. How are y'all going to put a beautiful car like that on the lot KNOWING it wasn't right! The customer service was trash. Wasn't even offered a bottle of water!! I'm embarrassed that I even wasted my time when ALL of my colleagues were telling me not to go. Y'all SUCK!!!! More
Attempted to build a BMW with the Greensboro group and had the worst car buying experience of my life. After discussing possible individual colors and designing a potential build, Rassami Sisouk moved forward quickly to make sure my $1000 deposit was taken and stated we would look at finalized build details later. Without reviewing ANY details, I received a text message while at work that my car was finalized and the build was in. I wasn’t certain on the color or particular aspects of the build and did not get the chance to signoff. When I asked for a copy of what was sent, it had a random color and next to the line for the prices it said “BLOCKED,” so I did not even know the final price of the vehicle. I attempted to call Jim Hodges the sales manager, but he had left, and we spoke to Kevin, who was extremely rude and talked over both myself and my wife. I called Jim directly the next day and he said that they did not do anything wrong. I stated I did not even have a final chance to review the paperwork or go over options and details when I was told I would have one, he repeated that they didn’t do anything wrong and hung up on me. He refused to refund my deposit or cancel/change the build and I took my business elsewhere. Had I read the reviews about this dealership swindling people I would have never gone in. I would encourage anyone to avoid this dealership if they have the option. I have been incredibly disappointed with my experience. Their ability to communicate and get back to customers is absolutely atrocious. Even during the buying process I had trouble getting questions answered and responses back on the phone. After the sale it was rare for me to get a returned call, text message, or email. I was often sent to voicemail, sometimes multiple times in a row with no calls back. It has been almost three months since the purchase and I still don’t have my plates. I haven’t received any updates on when they will arrive and I have had to push hard for new temporary plates. Additionally, I was promised a check three months ago for a repair on something they falsely advertised to me. I have yet to see that check and can get no one to call be back or respond to email or text questions about it. Throughout this process the communicate has been abysmal and when I have talked to someone I get false promises without timelines or follow through. Save yourself the headache and disrespect by choosing another dealer. More
I'd rate this dealership higher, however there's one issue. Alexis Cashwell is a person playing to be advisor. Other than her being rudely unprofessional, she doesn't know what she's talking about. I asked her for a concern about a vehicle.. she asked me, "What is that?" With an attitude. I'm there to ask her hoping and expecting for her to know! Thankfully the other advisors do know, and explained a lot better. Personally, I feel like she is a waste of time for customers. If you go, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HER. GO TO ANY OTHER ADVISOR BUT HER. More

The advisor that helped my friend was amazing, I think his name was Anthony... when we were checking the status of my friend's car, he wasn't around, so we asked the LITTLE GIRL that is playing advisor. I tried to ask, and as I was asking, not only did she give me a little smirk and replied with an attitude, her PERSONAL phone began ringing and answered that instead of helping us! Idk if this is new in customer service to put personal needs before customers or to not be polite, at least, but I did not appreciate that! I would understand if it were an emergency and say, "Excuse me for a moment. I have to take this, but just straight up, ignore the fact we're talking to attend her needs, NOPE!! The way she behaved is unacceptable and should be accountable for it. We eventually got a status update, but it was definitely not from her. When we got checked out, everything was great. the car was clean and all, so I am going back someday, but definitely not to be attended by that little girl. If you want to save yourself a headache, avoid her. It doesn't even sound like she knows what she's doing. Idk about the other advisors, but it would be a better option than her.
