I am dismayed by the lack of communication by this dealership. I was informed that my car was ready for pickup and that checking out would take 15 minutes. After I dropped off the loaner and paid for dealership. I was informed that my car was ready for pickup and that checking out would take 15 minutes. After I dropped off the loaner and paid for the repairs it took over two hours to get my car. I interacted with four people about the delay to no avail. In the end I was told that the car had been sitting in the pickup line and it was my fault for not getting it. More

I was dropping of my 2019 BMW X7 for routine maintenance. I was rushing to get my stuff and accidentally pulled the right front air vent clips out when trying to remove my phone mount. I told them what I did I was rushing to get my stuff and accidentally pulled the right front air vent clips out when trying to remove my phone mount. I told them what I did and I was told they could give me a quote to repair it. They came back with a quote of $2,000. I was told they could not just put the pieces back in, they would need to replace the entire unit. NO THANK YOU! When I got home I watched a YouTube video that showed me how to put it back together. I was able to get the clips back in but I ended up snapping the little piece that connected to leaver that allowed the clips to move from side to side. I went on Amazon and ordered a replacement for $30. It fit perfectly and snapped right in. I can’t believe that they told me it couldn’t be fixed when it could have been or that there were going to charge me $2,000 to replace something that didn’t need to be fixed. More
I was connected with Tim for a certified pre-owned BMW 430i. He was amazing! We did the entire deal via phone & text message. Less than 24 hours later I was at the dealership to pick up my new car! From the first interaction, Jonny "Will Make Sure You're Straight" Willingham never made me feel pressured or uneasy about doing business with Sewell, so I decided to make the drive from San Antonio to Dallas Fort Worth. He did everything that he said he would do; ensuring that Sewell's reputation of being a dealership of integrity remained intact. James Cardenas and Amanda Lloyd assisted Jonny during my vehicle purchase, and they both exhibited a professional and cordial demeanor throughout the whole transaction. Sewell is extremely fortunate to have them all as representatives of their sales team, and they should all definitely be commended. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Grapevine should do themselves a favor and ask for Jonny Willingham, I promise that you will not be disappointed!!!! More

We were in search of a newer car for my wife when we visited Sewell BMW Grapevine Pre-Owned. Initially, we were there to view a X5 that we saw on Cars.com and had - it turned out - the great pleasure an visited Sewell BMW Grapevine Pre-Owned. Initially, we were there to view a X5 that we saw on Cars.com and had - it turned out - the great pleasure and experience of meeting Gabriel Chavex. Gabe was able to help us in our decision-making process and he asked, answered and LISTENED to each of our 100's of questions. Gabe is very knowledgeable and proved to be a Great Salesperson, who provided us with information essential in making our decisions. He never demonstrated any of the qualities I dislike in a "Used Car Salesperson" - you know the type; Impatience, Never Listening, There-just-to sell-you-any car-available, etc. Even after the purchase, Gabe went to bat for us on a rather small item replacement and provided us with a fabulous overall car buying experience. We have plans for him to start looking for a car for our daughter in the near future and will only use him at Sewell to find us a car for her. More
