The experience was awful due to extremely poor customer service. My vehicle was at the dealership for nearly a month with no communication unless I made contact to inquire about the status. Each time I was told a needed part was coming from Germany. I should have been updated without complaining to the GM. More

My BMW, a 2021 430i had a flat tire. BMW dealers do not fix flats and the tire has to be replaced. In this case my six months installed tire practically new was ripped. Thanks to all the BMW dealers do not fix flats and the tire has to be replaced. In this case my six months installed tire practically new was ripped. Thanks to all the metal plates and potholes all over Bay Area highways and city streets. While the mechanic was replacing the flat tire and at the same time inspecting the other three tires, he noticed the tire on front passenger side is a wrong size tire on my car. This tire was replaced by the same dealership, Fremont BMW in April 2023. I discussed this with the Service Department's director. I asked what was wrong with the tire, too wide, too big, what specifically was wrong with the tire and how could this happen? His response was he is not sure and how this could happen. Most likely the part department pulled the wrong part (tire) and the mechanic just installed it. I just expect more from a dealership, especially a BMW dealership. I take my car to car dealers as I trust they are the best of the best, part department, so called certified mechanic and so on. I am very disappointed with the quality of work and the attention they give to customer's car. Who knows what else is not done properly during the last 7-8 years I have taken my car to them. I have completely lost my trust and confidence when in comes to taking my car for maintenance to these guys. Double check the work done at Fremont BMW if you take you car to them. My 2c is check the work done at any dealership, they are not perfect because they are the dealership and charge a lot $$$! Thanks! More
This was the worst experience for me ever after trusting Frenont BMW since 2014 with the care and repairs of my 535. I am very disappointed to say the least! Frenont BMW since 2014 with the care and repairs of my 535. I am very disappointed to say the least! More
