BMW used to offer BMW loaner car when you bring in for service, but not anymore. Hope they can resume this service soon.Mercedes, Audi and Porsche have no problem providing loaner, not sure why only BMW service, but not anymore. I scheduled an appointment at 8:20, on 3-22-23, your company saw me right away. Your rep explained everything in detail. Even made some suggestions for additional services that were needed.
