The efficiency and confidence of the dealer amazed me. They promised what they initially quoted and much more. I simply walked in to enquire about the availability of my chosen vehicle and trip while they commented "we will find one and make sure you drive out with ease toady" - sounded too good to be true but it did happen exactly they claimed. Had recall work done. While vehicle was is shop told Nick (Service Rep.) about windshield washer showing low and very noisy when driving down highway. Washer had a loose hose connection. Road noise was due to rear wheel baring worn out. All my BMW's (first one 2001 3 series Sedan) have been serviced only at Fremont BMW. Love the friendliness and quality service. More
