I’ve dealt with both sales and service, both experiences have been absolutely dreadful, I’ve never experienced such lack of customer care. They barely treat you like a human here. Sales: When I came in looking to purchase a brand new car I was treated so poorly and discriminated against for my age, the sales person did not take me seriously, I was 19 at the time, looking to purchase an M4 competition, sales person gave me one price, and did not negotiate with me at all, seemed completely uninterested the entire time and couldn’t wait for me to leave, so I did, and ended up purchasing a brand new M4 comp at open road BMW where I was treated like a valued customer. Service: When my car broke down I had it towed to BMW of freehold because it is the dealership closest to me, what a mistake that was. I was given 0 updates about my car for the entire week, reaching the service advisor was actually impossible, the communication was terrible and I was left in the dark while they had my $100,000 car in their shop. To get updates I would have to call the dealership several times, if a secretary was kind enough to answer the phone she would relay my message to the service advisor Justine, and she would message me back through text the following day. When I explained I wanted my car towed to a different dealership they told me I would have to setup the tow myself. Absolutely ridiculous and everyone in this dealership should be ashamed. Terrible business, you’ve lost me as a customer for life, if this is your first time purchasing a BMW, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else! More

I have both on my vehicles serviced at BMW of Freehold, my 2018 540i M Sport and 2022 X5 M Sport. Nuno has been a great technician ensuring the car is repaired in a timely fashion. He prioritizes his customers to create repeat business. I have a dealer 10 min from my home but will drive 40 mins to have Nuno repair my cars. Even oil changes are worth the extra time because I know the inspection will be done accurate and he will not push additional work that is not needed. He is an asset to BMW, he goes out of his way to speak to me personally and update me on the repairs. He is the reason I will be ordering another X5 when my lease expires in January. More
