I have always been extremely satified with the treatment I recieve when I visit the dealership for my service needs. He replaced my wipers while I waited without an appointment. They were very busy but he made me feel like I was the only one there. This type of service is rare in this day and age and I want as many people as possible to know that I have always been treated this way whe I'm there. More

I brought to their attention that BMW lists the job at 5 FRU (flat rate units) and they said, "Yes, that's right - 5 hours. We are giving you a break." A break? Folks, an FRU is 10 minutes! 10MINUTES! Stear clear of these yahoos, cheats, crooks and swindlers. More
