Only suggestion is you need to debug your online appointment process. I made the appointment, system confirmed three times and service consultant didn’t have in his system when I arrived. Fortunatel appointment process. I made the appointment, system confirmed three times and service consultant didn’t have in his system when I arrived. Fortunately he was able to get me in the schedule, but this has to be disruptive to the service team. Great job and more difficult than should be. More
