I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expir summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expire. I asked service to get a quote for me and was referred to Jaylon and Ashley. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help! More

Don't send a newly licensed driver or a woman to this dealership. They take advantage with offering other stuff to do on your vehicle that doesn't need done. All we needed was an oil change and it wasn't dealership. They take advantage with offering other stuff to do on your vehicle that doesn't need done. All we needed was an oil change and it wasn't even done $400 later. Impatient in getting ahold of the person whose name is on the car. So got pushy talking you into doing things that didn't need done. They were rude when I told them I don't make those decisions that they would have to talk to my husband because he takes care of the maintenance on our vehicles. More

Scott Brooks and his entire team make you feel like "family" and treat you with total respect. BMW of North America is fortunate to have this "Team" representing their franchise. Scott Highs Service Team are also exceptional and I really appreciate the video review the service technical provides as part of the serving of my vehicles. Clearly, the service department is "Top Drawer" that differentiates them from any other service shop. More
