I hate buying cars, and absolutely dread it based on past experiences. Ashley and the crew at BMW of Ft. Wayne made it painless. There were no surprises at all when I went to the dealership. We negotiated a great price beforehand, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in. Zach did a great job with the finance and documentation (extremely thorough), and Micheal (BMW Genius) took his time going through all the technology in the car. I dealt with four or five other dealerships in the process of buying the exact car I wanted for a good price, Ashley was the only one who could make it happen.
