Disappointed with the entire purchase of my new car. After I purchased my vehicle I would venture to say they never prepped the vehicle for delivery. The tires under inflated as they were on the test After I purchased my vehicle I would venture to say they never prepped the vehicle for delivery. The tires under inflated as they were on the test drive. The dealer plate was left on vehicle ( I had to send it back through FedEx, my expense). I was told at the time of my purchase they would be sending my title and plate but that this would take a few days. After a couple of weeks I had to text my salesperson and inquire as to when I would be receiving these very important details along with some winter mats. I received a text back they would check into it. No phone call. This past week I received a registered letter with the document's containing the information required to get my title and plate on my own. I did call the dealership to convey my disappointment. More
