Unfortunately, I was unable to make a purchase from one of Tom Kelly’s rooftops. I had been looking for nearly a year and half and Christina would always check in with monthly to see if I was still in market.Most other salespeople would had blown me off after 6 weeks. Unfortunately I was unable to meet Christina in person and I am sure my next visit to Ft Wayne I am going to stop in to say hello. Even tho In last week I have made a purchase that I felt was the right choice for me, but at no fault of Christina or the Dealership. I will and am going refer anyone I know to check Tom Kelly for there next vehicle purchase and I would highly recommend Christina and she will go out of her way to find the right vehicle for you. I had previously missed out on few great XT 6 thru Tom Kelly but I always day or so short on getting there before it sold, even up to week or so ago had inquired about but it was already gone. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I was told by my sales agent Ashley Dewaelsche that there was no curb rash or other damage to any of the wheels. I flew into Chicago and drove 3 hours one way to complete the purchase to discover that there was not only significant curb rash on both front wheels, but they were also BENT in several areas. Jaylan, the sales manager, first defended Ashley and said “he wouldn’t have noticed that” but later also acknowledged that they had attempted to repair it for the previous owner. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle. VERY DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - we as consumers should not patronize dishonest and unethical businesses like this!! I would rather pay a premium for honesty and integrity. More
