I took time out of my day to go to the dealership only to be ignored while the counter person answered call after call. At my business anyone that does not understand that the person on the phone can't hand you cash like the person in your store, wouldn't work there for long. The overall experience was positive and I would recommend Leslie Peterson as a salesman. He stayed in touch after the sale and came through on all expectations via email and phone instead of in person. Lack of face to face time didn't detrimentally affect the transaction. I would definitely consider this dealership should I wish to purchase another CPO BMW. More

I purchased a road hazard /tire warranty also. The vehicle broke down after a few months. They were great about towing and fixing the problem at no charge. Then I was told I needed new tires. I asked for the CPO checklist and also about the tire warranty. No one will answer my questions. They sent me a estimate for replacing the tires but forgot to include the price of the actual tires. My next step is to go directly to Sonic corporate. Instead of pushing warranty items they should have put new tires on the vehicle. More

He said as I was leaving , I will have it washed and vacuumed for you too. When I picked my vehicle up it was not washed or vacuumed. There were black scuff marks on my drive side door opening left behind from the service department. This isn't a BIG deal because it wasn't there for "detailing" but when you are told that it would be washed and vacuumed you kinda expect that it will be . My car is far from dirty or messy as it is washed each Sunday. I did mention to the valet and he said," I'm very sorry and I can get it wash right now for you if you have time". I didn't so I passed on his offer. Hopefully next time it will be washed and vacuumed. More

After keeping the car for five days, I had a new tire, and an alignment. About six months later, I took the car to another tire dealers due to wear on a rear tire. Imagine my shock to be told the car needed another alignment, and that there did not appear to be any physical evidence of a previous alignment. I immediately contacted BMW Fort Myers and requested proof of the paid for alignment they made, and also asked for an explanation of the extra 186 miles my car was driven during the five days they had it. Despite calls and emails to both BMW Fort Myers and BMW USA, I have received a record of an alignment that took place nearly three months after the actual date and which took place while I had the car. I've received no explanation regarding the miles, and over the past three months, only silence. More

The initial purchase and experience was pleasant, but very poor follow up and treatment after purchase. I left the dealership with my new car around 8:30pm after buying it that night. I was scheduled for and drove to BMW the next day for the "BMW genius" orientation at 1:30pm. The BMW employee sat in the passenger seat of my car for 45 minutes in a suit/jacket while going over the car features. It was hot outside and even with A/C on it was hot in the car. The orientation as helpful and pleasant, however when the orientation was over, the employee got out of the car and as I drove away I noticed a large yellow stain in the leather on the passenger seat. It was obvious the stain was from his suit/jacket as it was not there when I bought the car, it was not there when I brought the car to the orientation and no one else had even sat in the passenger seat yet. I had a another appointment to go to, so I could not go back. I immediately called the sales person who I purchased the car from and who had set up the orientation to let him know what happened and told him I felt bad about it. I also immediately sent him a text with pictures of the stain. He said he would see what they could do. I said I could come back later with the car after my other appointment. I waited 4 hours and did not receive a response. So I called and left a voicemail for the Manager. I said I could bring the car back later or in the morning...I never received a reply. I drove there the next day and I saw the employee who did the orientation, at the front desk, who did not even acknowledge me (but interestingly enough, he was not wearing a suit/jacket, but instead just a dress shirt). I'm sure he knows he was sweating during the orientation (as I was) and I'm sure he knows his suit jacket caused the stain. I asked to speak to the sales person, who basically blew me off and told me "the employee did not remember it happening" (which he would not have even known because he got out of the car and left and the stain was on the seat from his suit/sweating). He also went on to tell me "the stain was not there when they delivered the car to me", actually insinuating that I was lying and caused the stain. I asked to talk to the manager. The manger initially did not come out to talk to me, instead the sales person came back and told me to just "bring the car back Thursday." I asked to talk to the manager again, who then basically said the same thing, that the stain wasn't there when I bought the car. I asked the manager to come out and look at the stain so he could see how it actually was in same pattern of how the employee was leaning on the left side of the seat, as he was leaning over towards the driver seat/me for 45 minutes to go over car features. The manager told me to bring the car in on Thursday (which means I need to leave work and drive there again) the detail guy to take care of it. I don't even mind that it happened, accidents happen. But I have a problem with 3 separate BMW employees refusing to acknowledge it, not following up and acting like I caused it. They were clearly annoyed that I bothered to come back there. It was uncomfortable and awkward for me to have to even deal with this uncomfortable situation. I owned the car for less than 24 hours, the only person to sit in the passenger seat was a BMW employee, I called and sent pictures within minutes of the orientation being completed and the stain is clearly in same location as the employee was leaning to one side. I did not cause the stain and then decide to blame their employee. My initial sales experience was pleasant and my sister was actually planning on buying a new car there but not now due to the poor follow up and treatment after my purchase. Although it was a 2014 certified pre-owned car, it was a big purchase for me. I was very excited, but am very disappointed now. So although BMW agreed have the seat detailed, my guess is they already know the stain will not come out, otherwise they would have simply agreed to take care of it. My concern is what is BMW going to do if the stain does not come out (besides probably blame me for it and tell me it wasn't there when they delivered the car)? My appointment is in 5 days so I will post a follow up review accordingly, but as of right now very disappointed and would not recommend. I hope my experience is better and the situation is resolved when I take the car back, but after reading other reviews, I am not counting on it. More
Disrespected after the Sale I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, but can't help but wonder how I would have been treated if the purchase was new. I drove over 100 miles from Tampa to I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, but can't help but wonder how I would have been treated if the purchase was new. I drove over 100 miles from Tampa to view the vehicle and purchased it the same day Cash. Two days later I drove back down with a one way rental to pick up my car. I was told there was no one available to pick me up so I reserved a one way rental car and had to take a cab from the rental facility. I wife called and spoke to the salesman who apologized, saying the dealership was very busy and they would do something for me, but could not send any one the 18 minutes to pick me up. My wife was upset at my treatment and left a message for a manager to call her. Five days later, we are still waiting for the call. Additionally I called the finance manager twice about my DMV Registration Tags and never received the courtesy of a return call. I can understand a salesman not leaving the floor and missing a sale, the promised gift I never received was not important. I could have been reimbursed for the cab fare? More
