Dishonest and untrustworthy I called interested in a vehicle and Julian was helping me who I thought was helping me since “he only has happy customers”. we agreed about a price o I called interested in a vehicle and Julian was helping me who I thought was helping me since “he only has happy customers”. we agreed about a price over the phone and I called my family to make sure they were okay with it and when i call back and tell him i’m ready to put a down payment on it he tells me there is someone else interested in it and hung up on me. I called back 20 minutes later and spoke to the sales manager who said that the price we agreed was not the right price and that I was wrong and it’s my fault for taking so long to agree. Do not go to this dealership and do not do business with Julian or his Sales Manager. They are a bunch of snakes. More
Dishonest!!!! I actually purchased an M5 from them and before I could send in my paperwork which I received in the morning via email the sales person’s manager call I actually purchased an M5 from them and before I could send in my paperwork which I received in the morning via email the sales person’s manager call me and said they have a party interested and he will get back to me. Seriously. They are completely dishonest. I called the GM and he never returned my call. Don’t give them your business. They are liars and cheats. More
Great service and Software support Tom Simmons was very professional and explained the whole service process. He scheduled a loaner for us and contacted us when our car was repaired an Tom Simmons was very professional and explained the whole service process. He scheduled a loaner for us and contacted us when our car was repaired and available. As professional as any of my other luxury service centers. The best to date. Steve Williams, BMW Genius, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile assisting my wife with all her personal settings and explaining the multi function screen and driving aids. Steve made my wife very comfortable with the new technology and driving her car. This was a great purchase for us and we look forward to many years of excellent service and support. More
Lazy sales people I ever dealt with It looks like their sales people don’t want to make money. I called to speak with a sales person, was asked “what sales person?” I was the one that sales cars. I was connected to “the best” sales person Ivan who supposed to get back with me with more information about the deal they advertised online. Never heard from him, 5 days later left a voicemail for their manager about the same deal, no call back. I bet their higher departments are very “happy” with their sales. They don’t care about anyone who calls. However, anything happens for a reason, got an excellent service and deal at Orlando BMW. More
Unscrupulous finance manager First of all, I am a long time BMW owner of almost 20 years. I have previously purchased BMWs in Sarasota and Naples and it was always a very satisfy First of all, I am a long time BMW owner of almost 20 years. I have previously purchased BMWs in Sarasota and Naples and it was always a very satisfying and professional experience. My recent purchase from BMW of Fort Myers was quite the opposite. Chris C. the finance manager was the most unscrupulous and unsavory character I have ever dealt with when buying a BMW. He is underhanded and and has no business being in a BMW dealership. His only concern is making commissions on overselling crap to the customer. He does not have the customer's best interest in mind AT ALL. Do not purchase your car here if you want a fair deal. Go elsewhere! Take it from a 20 year veteran of BMWs. More

Avoid, go out of town to get better customer service I was told by a salesman that if I find a vehicle on sonic automotive they would bring down here for me, no matter where it is. I went into this deale I was told by a salesman that if I find a vehicle on sonic automotive they would bring down here for me, no matter where it is. I went into this dealership five days later. Not only did they low ball my trade by $4000 but heavily inflated shipping to $1300.00. I left, insulted. I called dealership directly in VA, treated like gold, got that $4000 more on my trade verified by local car max and paid only $500 to ship vehicle. I find it hard to believe I can't get customer service 4 miles from my own home. I did email the GM to let him know what happened, no response, which I expected, but he did he would stick it to me, by added me to the email subscriber list. This is how petty and immature they are, instead of trying to improved their customer service, they are spiteful. Thank you, NEXT!!! More
Horrible Service & parts bought on Ebay Bought a used car and 30 hours later the check engine light came on. 2 weeks in the shop, poor communication and multiple phone calls with no return b Bought a used car and 30 hours later the check engine light came on. 2 weeks in the shop, poor communication and multiple phone calls with no return back, we find out that the parts ordered came from EBAY!! Only “genuine parts” for new cars that are under warranty by BMW so they cover the expense. Cutting corners to save the dealership! Service is so poor, I don’t know where to start? Lying to customers, resetting check engine lights, without doing the repair work, putting used car on lot without doing repairs that were needed after previous trade-in, no return phone calls, they keep passing you to the next person with no answers. This company does not represent The BMW service we have had in the past. All the preceding reviews before me, are all correct! I concur completely! Go to Naples or Sarasota BMW, or anywhere else, but here. More
Lack of care Purchased my 08 m3 on 08/18/18. I drove from pompano beach, florida to pick up this vehicle. When we got there it was just transfered from another dea Purchased my 08 m3 on 08/18/18. I drove from pompano beach, florida to pick up this vehicle. When we got there it was just transfered from another dealer so the check engine light was on. So they give us a rental for the week till the car is repaired. Next saturday the 25th we drive back up to get the car. The check engine light was still on but they were saying that the problem was fixed and they just forgot to clear the code. Thats the first lie, driving it home i take it to a bmw dealership i trust and found out it was vanos solenoid 1 causing the lack of power and cel on. Not only that but there was a ton of fluid leaking from the pinion seal. A tech at bmw apparently did an oil change on it and couldnt see that leak? Talk about lack of experience. Now i called 3 days straight and all i get is ill call you back which they never do. They were only polite till you sign that car contract. Stay away. More
Failed to fix damaged done by the dealership to my vehicle I purchased a used Audi S6 from the dealership and everything went well until the cleanup done during final inspection. (After I had already signed fi I purchased a used Audi S6 from the dealership and everything went well until the cleanup done during final inspection. (After I had already signed financing papers and we owe list) They brought the car back from detailing and somebody had obviously dropped a door or equipment on the car. Denting the roof, A Pilar and putting marks in the surround of the front window). They said they would take care of it that it was the fault of the detailing dept and to add it to the we owe list. They also said that their paint and trim people were only available on Thursdays and that it would take a couple weeks to order the trim in. I was not able to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in right away due to my travel schedule and the process of ordering trim. When I did schedule and return to the dealership I was told it was past the 30 day we owe list disclaimer and I was out of luck that it would be on me to fix it. I demanded to see the used car manager which I did and reminded him that he had limited me to only Thursday’s and that it had not been 30 Thursday’s and that the damage had been added to the we owe disclaimer after I had signed it. He encouraged me to leave and took my information and promised to research and get back with me. To this day I have not heard back. I decided it was not worth my time to sue the dealership and sealed the $1100 in repairs myself. I would avoid the Sonic used car dept at all cost based on my experience. More
