If your time has any value and driving far to an appointment here, beware. I drove an hour and a half for a 10:30 AM appointment I confirmed late on the day before. Which is fine with me. Once their opportunity to sell me the car is gone, they feel no obligation to extend the courtesy of valuing my time. More

I came in to check out a newly listed 2019 Dodge Challenger. I had a deal in place for a car on Carvana, but decided to check this vehicle out anyway, just in case it worked out better. I bought a used 2017 Nissan Titan from the used car lot and was promised that it had been inspected and fully-serviced. A week later on a trip with my kids I found out that the filter was dirty, it needed and was promised that it had been inspected and fully-serviced. A week later on a trip with my kids I found out that the filter was dirty, it needed an oil change, and the transmission fluid was low. I returned from my trip and haven’t made the first payment yet and the truck is at the Nissan dealership with electrical and transmission problems. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealer! More

I should have posted this message months ago when I purchased my second vehicle at the Fort Myers location. First purchase, 5 stars no issues. Second purchase, 1). I requested they only run my credit t purchased my second vehicle at the Fort Myers location. First purchase, 5 stars no issues. Second purchase, 1). I requested they only run my credit through BMW financial, not with any other bank(s). I was told no problem. I find out 2 weeks later they pulled my credit 3 times with 3 banks. I sent a letter to the finance manager who NEVER called, NEVER inquired. 2). It's time to renew my registration, Florida DMV told me, the license plate number on my car isn't registered to any vehicle. I found out the registration paperwork was wrong. 3). My issue today, what's making me give a bad review. I'm traveling. Went to service my BMW at a dealership in Houston, TX. I was sold extended maintenance I paid over $1200 was expired. The salesperson who is no longer working there sold me a service I would never be able to use. The plan was to cover me up to 50k miles or 48 months. What he failed to tell me was the 48 months is when the car was first manufactured; a 2018 BMW X4, manufactured in May 2017. Therefore the extended maintenance ended 7 months later. I never had a chance to use the maintenance. July 2021. I had to pay $682. So if you do the math...I paid $1882 for my 1st service. I have called Troy and Bill several times. NO REPLY. I made a complaint with BMW corporate office. They can't help. Matter of fact, they can't promise me that the dealership will even call me back. Service maintenance plans are handled locally. It's between me and the dealership. This one instance has made me not want to purchase another BMW product. If you shop at the Fort Myers BMW location, please make sure they sell you a service you will be able to use. More
