Terrible dealer to work with. I reached out on a used Z4 they had listed, and asked for some out the door number to confirm any additional fees/final vehicle cost. The respons I reached out on a used Z4 they had listed, and asked for some out the door number to confirm any additional fees/final vehicle cost. The response I got was “Ok how soon can you head out your door and to our store today?” When I asked again for some out the door numbers since I’m not close to the dealership and pointed out that the car appeared to be over book value per KBB/CarGurus, I got back “The best price for the car is online. You just want us to add in your own taxes and cost to purchase?” What kind of dealer responds like this to customers? “Your own costs” is what I’m told when I ask for the breakdown of the taxes, fees (including THEIR dealer fee, add-ons, etc). It was like they were doing me a favor by responding and offering to sell me this vehicle. Truly an embarrassing experience for this dealership. It’s a beautiful car and I really was interested in making a purchase, but I’ll gladly look and take my business elsewhere. More
DO NOT BUY A USED BMW FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I should have read these reviews. I purchased a 2018 BMW 403i which I was told by the salesman on the phone was originally purchased at that dealersh I should have read these reviews. I purchased a 2018 BMW 403i which I was told by the salesman on the phone was originally purchased at that dealership and serviced there. I was also told that it was certified pre-owned which is the ONLY reason I bought it. I was explained that work had to be performed on it before they could sell it to me but they were not allowed to tell me what work was done. I find this odd as if something was being repaired wouldn't a new owner want to keep an eye on it to ensure the repair was done properly? When I arrived again I was met with the encouragement of the car always being serviced there and how they do such a high quality inspection of the vehicle to make sure it is ready to be sold to the next owner. When I arrived at the financing desk I was presented with an outrageous quote for a warranty. I strongly was encouraged to purchase the $3800 warranty as the parts on a convertible are very expensive to replace so I went ahead and moved forward with financing that into my loan. I have owned the car 9 months to the date today and have had nothing but issues. The first issues was that when I went to get a replacement tire for a flat I was told and shown that the tires were installed with the tread going in the wrong direction. I called the dealership to tell them how I had to spend money on have all tires corrected and the service manger could have cared less but was at least nice. This car has been garage kept. So the first time it is out in a heavy rain this past storm my entire radio/amplifier system and alerts went dead. After taking the car to another dealership closer to my home they stated that water was penetrating into the rear boot of the vehicle which caused the issue. My $3800 warranty does not cover the $3000 repair. Nor does it cover the water test I have still yet to do to see which seal is leaking because it is so costly. The ironic thing is that the hard cover convertible top has always made a creaking noise when I back out of my driveway. I assumed that was normal as I have never owned a convertible before. I called Ft. Myers BMW to explain my disgust that they sent me home in a car that was not in the condition I was told it was. And paid for a warranty that doesn't cover any issues I have had with the car. I first spoke with the service manager that was not helpful but actually kind. I asked for a phone call from a higher up and he stated he would have the sales manager contact me. Hysterically it happens to be the same person who sold me the car, Joe. Go figure. He was arrogant, condescending and literally scoffed at me during the entire conversation. He even told me that maybe a piece of dirt got in the top and it caused wear and tear. A piece of dirt? It's a freaking car that is driven outside!!!! I have never had a car salesman or manager talk down on me like I am an ignorant woman and willing to not even give me a drop of courtesy or advice. I am now $4000 in the hole and have to void my warranty to get any help with funds towards my repairs which that won't even cover. And I still don't know how I am going to get the water pressure test done to have the actually seal that is broken repaired. This place is the biggest rip off ever! More
THE WORST! I have dealt with BMW dealers for the last 20 years. Never once had a complaint and nothing close to an experience like this. This dealership is th I have dealt with BMW dealers for the last 20 years. Never once had a complaint and nothing close to an experience like this. This dealership is the worst. I brought my car (750i) in for routine service. I was met by a young kid who told me that a "specialist' would be with me in a few minutes and to wait inside. After 45 minutes not a word from anyone. Inside two people were complaining about the service. After waiting 45 minutes I went outside and asked the young kid what was going on. He was very flippant (looking at his phone when I went over) and said "That's your guy over there". The "guy" was chatting with a young lady outside like he didn't have a care in the world. When I expressed my displeasure he said "Your keys are in the car". I left. It gets better. Try calling a number to speak to someone. I called from the road and asked for the Service Manager. After being placed in 4 different voice mails and finally being told the Service Manager was "out" - another young person - a women treated me like I was bothering her- and when I said I would never return she said "Good" and hung up. On the way back, I called BMW in Naples and got an appointment the next day. When I buy my next car in May it will be there. More

Youre used car manager just screwed me out of buying a truck from your used lot. I was on the phone putting a down payment on the truck and your manager told the salesman not to sell it to me because I a truck from your used lot. I was on the phone putting a down payment on the truck and your manager told the salesman not to sell it to me because I am out of state and he wanted to sell it to someone local who was comming to look at it later today. How is that fair thats not first come first serve thats playing politics. More
I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and I have never been so impressed with the level of attention and courtesy I received from the sales manager George Serrano. From the moment I ordered th have never been so impressed with the level of attention and courtesy I received from the sales manager George Serrano. From the moment I ordered the vehicle to the moment I received it, George went above and beyond to make sure I received the best experience possible. In my book, he is the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. I would like to thank my salesman John Findley for his courteous service during the purchase process and Steve Williams for all the technical support. Also, thank you to Alberto Ramos in Finance for the quick process. Like to thank Maria Torres in service for helping with the small dent in the door, the dent disappear is perfect. Everyone in this dealer is great. Thank You very much Carlos and Elena. More
My son, whose 18 years old, brought his BMW to get its oil changed. He had a 10 percent off coupon from their website and they refused to let him use it all while the oil change cost $425. Unbelievable! T oil changed. He had a 10 percent off coupon from their website and they refused to let him use it all while the oil change cost $425. Unbelievable! Then he asked to get his windshield wiper fixed, they said they need to do diagnostic first for $200 when he already knew the problem. With both of those together it somehow came to $776 for the oil change and diagnostics, they clearly scammed a young kid and took advantage. Never again will I take any cars here and I will be telling everyone that listens about these scam artists. After this incident, I will not be buying my new BMW X7 here. More
