Went in to purchase a $20,000 Camry and they treated like I was buying an $80,000 BMW. They were extremely efficient and buying from them was painless. Brought our BMW M8 in for its first oil change. Service person tells my wife its over $900. I call Germain BMW to compare; the oil change is $150. Turns out they were trying do perform a bunch of u Service person tells my wife its over $900. I call Germain BMW to compare; the oil change is $150. Turns out they were trying do perform a bunch of unecessary things not required by warranty. Persons comment was "were not Germain BMW". Anyway will never use this dealer again, even with our next purchase. They do not operate like a luxury brand dealer. I have dealt with luxury brands for many years and this is the worst I have seen. I would avoid them at all costs. Very disapointed. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this location. When I came into the dealership to buy the vehicle the salesman was not prepared. But what really made me write this review is because of the financi When I came into the dealership to buy the vehicle the salesman was not prepared. But what really made me write this review is because of the financial department. The gentleman from finance, whose office had a picture of the front of a green G80 M4, that was doing all of my paperwork was friendly until he tried to upsell me on some maintenance package. I declined and said I didn’t want it. He stopped me asked again why I didn’t want it and after a short discussion he told me I was a “know it all”. It was a very quiet conversation after that. I tried asking a couple questions and was told one word responses. After leaving the dealership I had to stop and fill my new to me sedan up with gas because it was close to empty. This is my 4th car purchase and by far the worst one. I honestly never felt appreciated and this place left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of customer service. If I found this same car 100 miles away I would have easily taken the drive. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE More
