My car is under warranty but the couldn’t fix my door that makes loud noise when I close it . I was told this is the noise I will hear from now on when You close your door. My car was ready for pick on Friday 11/26 but no one from the dealership contact me to let me know it is ready . I ended up calling on Monday 11/29 . I left messages for the associate and the service department manager around 9:15 am finally I received a call closer to 1 pm from the service associate . The manager never called me back . Again very disappointed with the way they handled my service issues . More

Kendrick was very thorough, overall, on checking my car while I waited to get my oil change. He also gave me a keychain which I really appreciated, no other advisor had done that for me before, at either F while I waited to get my oil change.
