Brittany Fischer was amazing. She helped me decide between two very similar cars. She listened to what I was saying and used that information to make her recommendation. I'm not much of a tire kicker. I've had my eye on the M340i since it came out and it finally came time to try one out. I don't like tricks, slight of hand, or double talk, especial I've had my eye on the M340i since it came out and it finally came time to try one out. I don't like tricks, slight of hand, or double talk, especially when there's a reasonable amount of money involved. Greg Locastro at BMW of Fairfield was an obvious seasoned salesman, but I never got the feeling that he had anything but customer satisfaction as his primary goal. A complete pleasure to work with. He knew the car and the brand. In the rare case I asked a question he did not know, he immediately went and found someone who could. After a quick credit check, all of the financials were put on a big screen with Greg. No hand offs, no manager conferences. Greg handled the entire transaction. All the costs were clearly displayed and we went through each line for an explanation. Mix, match, adjust, and come to a happy medium. This was the first time I have ever bought a car at a dealer where there were NO surprises. The total cost of the car was clear and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Of course, the M340i is a brilliant car. The product is amazing and the dealer experience was top notch. Couldn't be happier. -Travis Clark More
