Nick was a good sales person. However, there was a lack of communication with the Finance Department on questions about warranties before my car was delivered. I felt like every time I asked a question the response was someone was too busy to answer. I waited about 3 weeks for my car to arrive. The day before delivery there were a lot of last minute requests for items that should have been addressed during the waiting period. Car was not spotless upon delivery. I did not receive a warm reception at the dealership. Recommend if you are in NOVA and really want a BMW. The service and selection is much better than the Arlington location. However, the experience did not meet my luxury car buying experience. More
