My buying experience at BMW of Fairfax was a pleasant one. Alex Zelkin (Client Advisor) and Zen Mani (Finance Manager) made this a smooth and simple process. The car buying experience at BMW of Fairfax was a complete disappointment. Contact with sales people seemed difficult (no follow-up after initial contact, unreturned phone calls for days). The sales people weren't transparent on the purchase price, saying only that I would have to talk to finance on the day I came in to purchase the car to get the final price. When I came in to purchase the car, I sat in the sales person's office alone for 30+ minutes without explanation of what was going on. Finally, I was escorted back to finance where, without explanation of what was going on, I was rapidly shown paper after paper to sign without out much explanation. Finally, I stopped everything to ask, "what am I paying for this car?" He didn't walk through the financing (length, interest rate, etc) and didn't bother asking if I wanted to make a down payment (I did). When it was time to take the keys, only one was available with the other one being broken (how was it not fixed before I came in to buy the car?). It's been 4 working days and I still don't have the other key. All-in-all, it wasn't a great car buying experience and didn't meet my expectations of BMW. More
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW 230i Coupe. Jordan Warneke was my sales expert, and expert he was indeed. Jordan was extremely professional, but also very personable. He walked me through the order process and provided instructions on how I could track the build process. Shortly before delivery of the car, I had to undergo surgery and Jordan arranged for the dealership to hold on to my car for an additional two weeks so I could come in to pick it up myself. Jordan fielded several questions before and after delivery, always with patience. Thank you Jordan for a job well-done. Wayne More
I Bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and was happy due to what I perceived to be a good deal, Until I took the car to get Maryland inspected and was informed that it needed both lower control arms replaced. what I perceived to be a good deal, Until I took the car to get Maryland inspected and was informed that it needed both lower control arms replaced. Now that is not a huge deal I understood that the vehicle was sold As-Is and its not a very costly fix, so I could bear with that and had it fixed the vehicle was Re-inspected and I notified the dealership that it had passed and sent a email including everything they needed on 12/04/23 so I could get my permanent tags. The Salesman Sam has since been ignoring my emails and my Temp Tag has expired. I called and talked to Jack and he told me that my Tags were on order and due to all the holidays they haven't arrived but they are expecting them 12/19-12/21. I tried to get another Temp Tag from the DMV and they said that they don't show anything about the vehicle in their system so something must not be done on the dealers end and that without it being in the system they could not help me; So I again called the dealership spoke to Ysenia in the Tag/Title Dept. and She has now informed me my Tags aren't on order yet that she can see and is unsure why they haven't been ordered. It wasn't until I asked what they were going to do to try and fix the situation that she offered to send me new temp tags so I can drive the vehicle that I spent good money on. More
