BMW Eugene rushed us through BMW X5 car purchase, pressuring us to get their deal done, not providing us all the details about the car they wanted to put us in nor asking us what kind of car we wante pressuring us to get their deal done, not providing us all the details about the car they wanted to put us in nor asking us what kind of car we wanted by doing a build, and not being truthful about conditions of the “extras” like warranty and service provisions. The result was we ended up with a car we did not want. When we approached them with the problem, we were only told ‘You signed the contract” (i.e. not our problem). After this bad experience we had to do a build on our own online and order a replacement, which is what they should have offered to help us with when they became aware of the problem. Replacement X5 arrived, but in final negotiations to close on the replacement X5, they refused to share in any significant way the cost of lost depreciation on the first car that had only 70 mile on it. We heard once more “you signed the contract” (i.e., ‘tough luck, buddy”). Only thing they cared about was not our satisfaction or their part in this problem, but how to maximize their profits, even when we faced a huge penalty for trusting them in the first place. Our suggestion— go elsewhere. If you go to BMW Eugene, then recognize that you must care for yourself (they don't, despite what they are taught to say), be skeptical of anything you hear, independently verify what you hear, look at the details. Terrible experience. Not normal ethics, just greed driven. More

Gary, Bryce, and Jordan were all nice guys to work with when buying my 2019 used BMW i3s. They worked with me on the deal I proposed and agreed to. They said they would have the tires replaced, rear brakes when buying my 2019 used BMW i3s. They worked with me on the deal I proposed and agreed to. They said they would have the tires replaced, rear brakes replaced, bumper alignment and trim fixed. I asked after agreeing to the deal but before signing the paperwork that I wanted the cabin filter replaced, which they said they do that in their checks. I looked myself after the car was delivered, which was nice of them, but they only told me which day they would come, not which time they expected to arrive. I looked after delivery and noticed the cabin filters were not replaced so I did it myself. I asked them to check the 12v battery life and shock dust boots which are prone to falling apart on i3's. They said they'd look at it and told me when the car was delivered that they looked good. I checked myself and the front 2 are falling apart, so they obviously don't look good. I should have told them to fix it prior to signing the paperwork. The car came with only one key fob and it doesn't have the manual key with it. They said it only had one key but didn't say the manual key was missing, nor did they offer to order a new key-fob. They didn't remove any of the 4 stickers from the California smog certification, which I would have expected during their detailing. Probably the most disappointing part was after I looked at the car after they delivered it was the carbon fiber roof had exposed patches of carbon fiber where the protective layer delaminated. I didn't notice this when I went to look during the purchase process, maybe because it was raining so I didn't look at the time, but if I don't fix it the roof will leak water, develop a hole, or ruin the entire roof which will be expensive to replace since it's carbon fiber. Maybe they didn't notice either but you'd think in their inspection they'd catch a common i3 issue like that since they are a BMW dealer. More

When he reviewed our appointment notes, he saw it would likely take more than one day to complete and had reserved a free loaner car for us (we live 70 miles from the dealer). All work was explained in detail and accomplished in an extremely professional manner as promised. All in all, we were pleased with everything about the service, and especially the service rendered by Mr. Mayes. We would ede BMW of Eugene to our friends highly recommend More
