My experience over the last 8 years, has been wonderful. Yesterday, 12/22/2025, was no exception. My vehicle needed lower control arms replaced. I was impressed by the dealership. I arrived at 10 am my appointment time and was immediately waited on by an employee (Mike) who started a new job with the company He worked for BMW I arrived at 10 am my appointment time and was immediately waited on by an employee (Mike) who started a new job with the company He worked for BMW but in a different position. He was very kind and a considerate person. He called me when my car was finished in the shop and was very pleasant to deal with. I even liked it better when he said no charge. I scheduled on line and it said I would need to pay $298 or some figure close got an oil change. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you and Mike for making that happen More
