They are like most dealers, they really charge egregiously for their maintenance services. I had an oil change & brake fluid flush. Oil change was slightly more than Garttmeyer but not outland egregiously for their maintenance services. I had an oil change & brake fluid flush. Oil change was slightly more than Garttmeyer but not outlandish. Brake fluid flush cost was $213 vs $34 at Garttmeyet. That’s 6 times the cost. I don’t like writing this, but hey, this is why it pays to go elsewhere for service. More
I would never service my Bimmer anywhere else Jeff is amazing, considerate and he is very personable. I didn't have an appointment and my vehicle was smoking on the side of the road; They had me right in amazing, considerate and he is very personable. I didn't have an appointment and my vehicle was smoking on the side of the road; They had me right in and on the schedule and took their time to properly diagnose my vehicle, I had an estimate the same day and in my vehicle very shortly after with very little inconvience. It was a very pleasant purchase experience from the moment I called to inquire about a 2019 CPO 540. Fortunately, my Client Advisor, Darryl Tate, answered the call and continued to be a blessing. He was extremely responsive, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The General Manager, Mike Todak, went above and beyond to assist me, as well. I must also commend the Service Manager, Richard Hudak, who assisted me after the sale. This dealership stands behind their vehicles and the entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with the service. Lastly, the BMW Genius, Tyler Ables, was very helpful. I've owned several 5 series and he enlightened me to options I didn't realize were available. Thank you, BMW of Devon! More
I recently scheduled my X5 in for an oil change and inspection only to find out that the lower support arms had failed and that they needed to be replaced. Vehicle was purchased from BMW Devon, in la inspection only to find out that the lower support arms had failed and that they needed to be replaced. Vehicle was purchased from BMW Devon, in late August 2021, at 26,000 miles. Having only driven 5,000 miles since the purchase the fact that these crucial components have failed and are not covered by a warranty is outrageous to me. Furthermore, the service department Manager deems it acceptable and common place for such a critical components to fail at 30,000 miles on a so called luxury SUV. More

Worst service experience ever One tire had a slow leak and I was about to take a road trip so I had it checked. My car needed service in a few weeks, so we did the service, replac One tire had a slow leak and I was about to take a road trip so I had it checked. My car needed service in a few weeks, so we did the service, replaced the one tire and and the car received an 'all green' report card. Mind you, we had tire insurance (useless add-on). The car immediately pulled right. I took it in when I returned home and we got a bunch of excuses and denials and ghosting. Turns out everyone else in the industry but their service team and their manager seemed to realize you cannot replace just one tire on an AWD car. They offered to replace one other tire, but we would have had to forfeit all legal rights wrt to the car to get one lousy tire! Crazy! Funny thing, we replaced all 4 tires (at our own expense and elsewhere) and the car drove smoothly and straight again! I wonder why........... Ridiculous amounts of CYA with no regard for customer service or customer safety. Not only will I never purchase or use this dealer again - for any model care - but it has made me leary of BMW in general as well. Awful. Awful. Awful experience. More
