Dropped a Z4 off for service. Treated very well by Wanita the service rep. She kept me engaged with the process as I waited. Everyone was very friendly, I got a loaner I4 2024 that was fun to drive. What especially stood out was the detailed video showing signs of wear on things like tires and brakes. Above & beyond, plus it shows they didn’t just do the bare minimum. Texts kept me up-to-date, and again, everyone was nice. Class-A service. More
