Dawn, I am truly sorry to see that your expectations have not been met. The car was damaged here after being backed off a parking stop where we did not park the car. We have replaced the bumper at a BMW collision center with brand new parts and the vehicle is now restored to a better condition than when it was parked here. You are now stating that we are responsible for damages to other areas of the vehicle that were not affected. I'm sorry we have been unable to come to a reasonable resolution at this time. The damage caused at the BMW dealer was only partially fixed as there are still 2 deep scratches and several marks on the hood that were not there at drop off. The car has absolutely not been restored to a better condition, that is a LIE. Have your security check the cameras closely and you will see for certain that those scratches were not there. Also Kevin, do not contact me again and I will speak to your boss, your lawyer, or with the support of the police moving forward as I do not appreciate your disrespectful accusing tone when speaking with me on the phone. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and I expect BMW to take full responsibility for the damage caused; partial responsibility is not sufficient as it left my car significantly damaged.

I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau by the end of the week in addition to other avenues of justice if the remainder of the damage is not repaired this week. Hopefully others can learn from this awful experience and use another dealer for service! And TAKE PICTURES of your vehicle if you take the risk and drop it off at the BMW of Devon so you are not the next customer accused of lying and left with a damaged vehicle!
