I brought my 2021 X3 in for service Saturday 24 June, the service manager Keith could not have been more helpful. I scheduled my appointment on a day off for 7:00am. I arrived at 6:30am and was the first car in line. Promptly at 7:00am the doors opened and I pulled up to the other end of the bay. I was greeted I arrived at 6:30am and was the first car in line. Promptly at 7:00am the doors opened and I pulled up to the other end of the bay. I was greeted immediately by a nice young man. He asked if I had an appointment and when I gave my name he invited me in to sit and wait for my advisor. After having coffee and waiting for 30 minutes as I watched everyone after me get called up, the kid approached me. He said that my advisor was running late and wanted me to sign a paper to get things started. I agreed and continued to watch those after me being called up. About 45 minutes into waiting, and after seeing my advisor walk in, chat with colleagues and call other customers, I decided that I had waited long enough. I flagged down the young man who initially greeted me and told him ‘I can’t do this today, I need my keys and will leave’. My advisor overheard the exchange and did not address me. He only addressed the nice young man that was helping me. After arriving home I called the service manager and explained the situation. I believe his name was John. He was amazing. He not only said the right things but he did the right thing. He arranged to have my car picked up, serviced, cleaned and returned. I am still a customer because of him. I hope that training had been implemented to address customers being ignored especially when they are within arms length of their advisor. I am satisfied with the outcome. I only completed this because of your persistent request. More

I went there for a brand quality service. I didn't get it. They overlooked fundamental problems with the vehicle. I had to go back the next day. I left a message for the dealership on the phone with no return call back. They wanted to charge me $ 250 for a light bulb. A $ 4.00 item that can be done with no experience. A rip off. I will never go back to BMW and I will make everything in my power to make bad reputation for that service center. More
