All I can say is WOW! I had to get my wiper pump replaced on my 2015 BMW 435i. I also had an extended warranty. The service department and waiting area were clean and the I had to get my wiper pump replaced on my 2015 BMW 435i. I also had an extended warranty. The service department and waiting area were clean and the wait for my vehicle (my choice) was not too bad. They did offer shuttle back n forth home though. Excellent service More
