I waited four hours for them just to evaluate my car’s problem. No repair was done in that time because a part needed to be ordered. I always dread stepping foot into a car dealership And buying out my lease was no different. I was trying to do everything over the phone but was unable to complete the purchase this way. By the time I called I Bmw an Delray I was aggravated and exhausted. Sergiu answered the phone and couldn’t have been more accommodating. He did not try to upsell me on anything I was not interested in and walked me through the process in an efficient and pleasant way.
