Very pleased with repair service and the way Jaime Gonzalez, service rep, handled a difficult situation caused by a delay of part to complete repair. Overall the dealership and the service has been really good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. Th good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. The fact that I had to remind the agent about the coverage slowed down readying of my vehicle and left me without a vehicle for much longer than anticipated on a day I really needed it.
