I generally do not write on-line reviews. If I receive bad service I just don't return. This one however deserves some commentary. Some time ago, I drop off my car for service and had a compl If I receive bad service I just don't return. This one however deserves some commentary. Some time ago, I drop off my car for service and had a complaint about a rubbing sound when going over speed bumps and entering driveways. After the other services were completed I pick the car up and I'm told the car needs struts and should cost about $3,000. And oh, by the way the tech could not duplicate my complaint in a test drive. Funny, it made the noise as I exited the dealers lot. OK. Not satisfied with their conclusion, I take the car to a trusted facility that I've had positive experience with over many years. I give them the same information I gave the BMW people. They conclude the noise to be a defective rubber bushing on a sway bar. The part was $ 338. Problem solved by HONEST people. I write this because my next experience was today - 10-24-2022. Always willing to give people a second chance. I get a nail in a tire. I'm on my way to an out of state meeting. I call and ask if they can take a look at it. Answer - "NO- We are all booked up and we don't repair tires anyway, we only replace them. You will have to leave the car". No further assistance. So I went to the local Goodyear store and they were happy to accommodate me and repair their original equipment tire. Funnily enough, I bought all for tires from BMW of Darien. I truly enjoy the BMW car ownership experience - it's a great machine. But as with anything else it's the dealer that makes the experience complete - These people failed miserably - Case closed. More

When done he offered to have the car deliver to my because I was recovering from surgery but my doctors OKd me for driving allowing me to pick it up at the dealership. More

I never received a phone call of status of my car. I brought it in at 7:30am, and when I called at 4:00, they said it wasn’t even in the garage yet. I told them I needed my car for a trip I was taking. They told me it might not be done on time. I was out on hold for 15 minutes, and then told they would do the work and call me by 5:45. I never received a call on the update. I usually get a video of the work done on my car, but never got one. Was the work even done? I didn’t get out of there until after 6:00. Very disappointing. No customer service. Also I sent all my information the night before to pre register, but they never got the paper work. More
