Our new X7 had a computer problem while I was visiting. friends in CT from Washington DC and I walked into the dealership at 5 PM. Jamie Gonzalez quickly arranged a loaner for me while my car was kept to a friends in CT from Washington DC and I walked into the dealership at 5 PM. I returned by train to DC a few days later, but Jamie and the Darien dealership manager kept me and my husband appraised of the many evaluations taking place to find and correct the problem. After replacing a part the car was towed back to our house outside of DC. We appreciate all the extra service provided for us and would highly recommend the BMW dealer in Darien. More
