I called to make an appointment for service and was able to take my car in within two days. Trevor was very competent and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the problems I was having with my to take my car in within two days. Joe is by far the best service guy in this dealer. He knows the products and is very up on all the functions and repair info. He will even make simple repairs himself in the lot. We followed a salesman there after having a very positive experience with him at Greenwich. Initially the service we were receiving was great, when Ron was there. Then, about two years ago, it changed dr experience with him at Greenwich. Initially the service we were receiving was great, when Ron was there. Then, about two years ago, it changed dramatically. (as soon as the car went off warranty) The service staff was extremely rude, and I have recently discovered that we were charged over $300 for what was a light bulb. They did not call us when the car was repaired. They no longer washed the car as part of the service. After the car was off warranty, we no longer had loaners. It seems as if they do everything to force you to buy a new car from them. When we purchase a new BMW, we will find a different dealership. We have recently found a good BMW mechanic and will use him in the future for our X5 and Z3. More
Horrific. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. We purchased a few cars from this dealership and are still met with a very rude service staff, that is if you could even get an actual person on the phone. Buy an Audi or it you must get a BMW try the dealership in the New Haven area, they have been beyond accommodating when BMW of Darien failed us more than once. More
I asked for a scheduled maintenance, they stuck me with an "Inspection II" service - $1,000 later ($600 of which was for labor, most of it just "inspecting" the car). They seem to have a problem serving African Americans. xxxx poor attitude toward customers spending their hard earned money. They will even lie to your face if they don't "like" you. The parts manager told me that they don't accept credit cards over the phone and that they don't ship parts, both of which are confirmable lies. I'm not surprised that some people have great experiences though. Depending on your caste, you just might. Bottom line, these people are hideous. They are a disservice to the company they represent and the community at large. More
I have had a horrible experience with BMW of Greenwhich. I am 19 years old and they treat me horrible there. OK.<br><br>I took my car to Darien BMW for this same problem. I have had this problem for over a year and nobody has every been able to diagnose it. I finally couldnt take it anymore and had them look at it. I must say i was surprised to be treated as well as i was. I'm used to getting xxxx poor treatment from Greenwhich. Anyway, they did everything in their power to correct my problem. An oil change didnt work so they are replacing something that requires them to drain the oil so they are even going to refund my money for the last oil change. They have knmowledgable tech's and I am very pleased with their service. More
