He promptly returned the call after I had left him a voice mail. But I wish he had not. ...That was the most unpleasant conversation of my week. Brad's manner to speak to a customer is bordering outright rude and has a distinctive flair of smart-xxx behavior. He sounded like he was making me a favor talking to me, and he was distinctly passive aggressive and showing me attitude when I asked him things that weren't clear to me from his explanations. I hope not to have to speak to that person again, and that all other employees of the dealership are different. More
Jill Brown is extremely responsive, courteous and efficient. I never have to wait too long for an answer as to why my car needs repair and she is very good at explaining maintenance problems in a way efficient. Trevor Martin is an assett to BMW of Darien. We had a few bumps with service after the purchase of our used car and he took care of everything and kept us in the loop. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and Joe was able to accomodate me early on Friday morning. He arranged for a shop foreman to take a drive with me to see what the issue with my car was. The problem was diagnosed, the car taken into the shop, I was given a ride to my office and four hours later the car was done. I doubt that anyone can ask for more than that.
