Avoid service at BMW of Darien I bought my car in for 2 service recalls. The car was otherwise in perfect mechanical condition. The service manager took no responsibility but offered a 15% discount on repairs after paying a large diagnostic fee I am working 24 hour hospital shifts during this crisis, BMW Darien was a severe disappointment. BMW Port Chester was not any better They gave me a $2200 estimate for what turned out to be a $100 repair The moral of the story is to find an honest independent mechanic for out of warranty repairs on your BMW Great cars Poor dealer service God bless all through this crisis More

Aside from the fact that I really like my BMW, one of the strongest reasons to get another is the dealership. The service is welcoming and efficient.
