I took advantage of the free at home pick up and drop off for an oil change service. I had a excellent experience. Bmw Darien arrived at my home on time, called prior to arrival so I could leave the key in for an oil change service. I had a excellent experience. Bmw Darien arrived at my home on time, called prior to arrival so I could leave the key in the car (contact less) and picked up my vehicle (fully protected wearing masks and gloves) and preformed the oil changed as I requested. They even have a promotion going on for a full synthetic oil change service with premium BMW oil filter for only $59.95. My service representative kept me up to date periodically through out day via text/phone. The mechanic doing the servicing sent me a video of under my car and hood to show items/parts that were okay other items that would eventually need to be looked at or replaced as a recommendation (No extra services were forced upon me). After the service was completed, I paid over the phone and the vehicle was delivered back to my home with in the day. Highly recommend. More
Vincent, I suppose you the oil service was replace with new however the dashboard wasn"t reset! The service was done as scheduled for Monday, 4/20/20, how many ground wire for battery were replaced and whe new however the dashboard wasn"t reset! $8000 in misc. repairs recommended on a X5 treated well for 50,0000 miles is a good reason not to recommend BMW or dealership. Gaskets and parts should have lasted much longer, at least as long as cars hal for 50,0000 miles is a good reason not to recommend BMW or dealership. Gaskets and parts should have lasted much longer, at least as long as cars half as expensive as my BMW. Also, recommended repairs can done for about half the price or less at other garages I’m sure. During this difficult time, my family really appreciated BMW of Darien’s pick up and delivery of car. James did an excellent job managing the service. While my car was there for seasonal tire exchange, Tony BMW of Darien’s pick up and delivery of car. James did an excellent job managing the service. He saved me money by making a repair on one of the parts instead of replacing it. James kept me apprised throughout and facilitated an efficient and successful service. More
