I used mobile service to remedy an airbag recall. The technician was courteous and did the job very quickly. However he did not sanitize my car as the dealership said he would. He did tell me the parts technician was courteous and did the job very quickly. However he did not sanitize my car as the dealership said he would. He did tell me the parts of the car he touched and I then wiped them. I just feel I was misled by the dealer service department. More
