It was the first time I worked with Ms. Romagnoli.She It was the first time I worked with Ms. Romagnoli. She listened to all me questions and requests for the first service of my X1. All questions were It was the first time I worked with Ms. Romagnoli. She listened to all me questions and requests for the first service of my X1. All questions were answered in a specific manner. When I picked up my car, she approached me and went over all items which were to be taken care of. I left extremely happy, as most times in the past (10 years customer) when my car was ready to be picked up, I was paying the bill and go home, without any follow up from the advisers. Their valet service makes it so easy (and safe during Covid) to get my car serviced. They were politely persistent in tracking me down to schedule an appointment. They sent me a link to a video of the technician doing a review of my car for me so I'd know what they found and what they were going to work on. This was such a great experience. Always helpful. Appreciate the ride back to my house. I would suggest they look into their phone systems though - it often hangs up on you if you’re on hold. All seemed perfectly well. Only thing I find is I have a custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight tilt. Noticed a different washer was used and it scratch my bumper. No one mentioned anything about this.somehow the bracket was cracked and they put a bigger washer to hold in place. Sad part is I just got that bumper repainted. More

Technician did a great job with the vehicle walk trough so 5 stars for Nino. Anthony’s service overall decent but 4 stars as I waited for 25 minutes to get my car when I picked it up as it still needed to so 5 stars for Nino.
