Poor communication. Multiple non returned phone calls. 3 minor items, 5 days to complete job. No update when complete. Felt like I was putting everyone out, I made three in-person visits to try and get answ minor items, 5 days to complete job. No update when complete. Felt like I was putting everyone out, I made three in-person visits to try and get answers. Anthony was good when I could get him on the phone. When he was absent there was no one to pick up the slack or return calls. I never ask, but this time I asked if they could wash it for me and still Couldn’t even wash it. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it used to be 5 star. But I got Four separate days of 1 Star service. More

Always helpful. Appreciate the ride back to my house. I would suggest they look into their phone systems though - it often hangs up on you if you’re on hold. Technician did a great job with the vehicle walk trough so 5 stars for Nino. Anthony’s service overall decent but 4 stars as I waited for 25 minutes to get my car when I picked it up as it still needed to so 5 stars for Nino. Anthony’s service overall decent but 4 stars as I waited for 25 minutes to get my car when I picked it up as it still needed to be washed. Suggestion next time wait to tell customer that car is ready until it is truly ready for pick-up. More

All seemed perfectly well. Only thing I find is I have a custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight custom license plate holder that goes where the tow hook is. I noticed a day later it’s been modified. I knew something was wrong when I saw a slight tilt. Noticed a different washer was used and it scratch my bumper. No one mentioned anything about this.somehow the bracket was cracked and they put a bigger washer to hold in place. Sad part is I just got that bumper repainted. More
