When I picked up my car, she approached me and went over all items which were to be taken care of. I left extremely happy, as most times in the past (10 years customer) when my car was ready to be picked up, I was paying the bill and go home, without any follow up from the advisers. Their valet service makes it so easy (and safe during Covid) to get my car serviced. They were politely persistent in tracking me down to schedule an appointment. They sent me a link to a video of the technician doing a review of my car for me so I'd know what they found and what they were going to work on. This was such a great experience.
