I've been hesitant to take my car into the dealership for service because I always assumed the rates would be significantly higher than my local mechanic. However, my experience at BMW of Darien today change service because I always assumed the rates would be significantly higher than my local mechanic. However, my experience at BMW of Darien today changed everything! First of all, service pricing was extremely competitive. For the customer service and amenities available (I used their shuttle service to take me to work while my vehicle was serviced), it was an amazing value. Everyone was super friendly and very engaged (a happy staff really makes a very noticeable difference in the customer experience!). It was a very comfortable vibe from beginning to end. But the superstar today was truly my service advisor, Liz Escobar. She was amazingly competent and her customer service was outstanding - from the initial consultation, the follow up via text while I was at work, and her complete explanation of my services completed and recommend upcoming services. I will ONLY bring my vehicle to BMW of Darien for my service from now on... and my next upgrade. They made a customer for life from me today! More
