I brought my car in for a simple recall. I asked for no car wash and Vincent wrote “no wash” on the paperwork. When I return, the concierge mixes me up with another customer and I end up waiting an hour. car wash and Vincent wrote “no wash” on the paperwork. When I return, the concierge mixes me up with another customer and I end up waiting an hour. When my car pulls up, it has been washed, it is scratched and somehow wet inside. My service advisor was on the ball but when the concierge and porters are idiots, it is meaningless. More
