I had had a bad experience with arrogance and poor service at BMW of Darien in the past. I decided to give them another try. Bad choice on my part. Having bought BMW's for over 34 years in many parts of the country, I am quite experienced at purchasing BMWs as well as good customer service from quality dealerships. Based on my recent experience, I cancelled my purchase at BMW of Darien and will go elsewhere. I am still waiting to receive word on a refund of my deposit. Mr. Martinez was confrontational, rude and condescending to me. I would not recommend working with him in any capacity. More

Having just purchased a new BMW, I felt compelled to write about the superior experience I had working with Don Doria and Anthony Martinez of BMW of Darien. During the purchase, Don couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We took a test drive on both the highway and secondary roads, which was great. After the test drive, Don followed up in a very unobtrusive and non-pushy way to see if I had any questions. Once I decided to purchase my new car, he did an excellent job of walking me through my options and finding exactly the car I wanted; he really listened to what I needed. He was very responsive during the entire process. When I went to pick up my car, it was perfect. Don demonstrated all of the features of the car. What truly amazed me about him was his attention to the "little" things. For example, he set up my home address in the Navigation System before I arrived. Wow. Once it was time to take care of the paperwork, Don kindly introduced me to Anthony Martinez. Anthony was another shining example of the high level of service provided by the BMW of Darien dealership. Anthony quickly and effectively took me through each step of the purchase from my trade in to explaining warranties and options. So helpful. As was getting ready to drive off in my new ride, Don presented me with roses - again the "little" things that wind up making an impression. All in all, I couldn't recommend Don, Anthony and the entire Darien team. If you are looking for top-notch service provided by professional, courteous people who obviously take such pride in their product, don't go anywhere else. BMW of Darien will not disappoint. More

Without any hesitation, they had me make an appointment to bring the car in, provided me with a loaner, and had the bodywork done. This is why we have been a loyal customer of Steve's and BMW of Darien [not to mention always being competitive when purchasing/leasing a new car] and currently have three BMW's from this dealership. i live in maine and have never visited the dealership personally..but was in search of a certified 750 bmw...i spoke with steve kozlowski when i called the dealership and felt very comfortable with both personally..but was in search of a certified 750 bmw...i spoke with steve kozlowski when i called the dealership and felt very comfortable with both his knowledge and professionalism...we have a bmw dealership 5 miles from my house that had a similar 750 and a dealership 50 miles away in New Hampshire that had another 750..same year..same price..i could have easily visited both dealerships close to me..but steve sent me pictures ,info, original sticker, carfax..etc, etc.he made me feel so comfortable with the transaction that i made the decision to buy the 750 from him at darien..sight unseen!...it was a very expensive car and was a big decision!..the transaction..delivery..followup..actually everything went super..steve called me the next morning and spent almost an hour with me going over every detail of the car..cockpit..even helped me sync my phone!..it was like he was here at my house...it has been 3 weeks and he called again to followup...that kind of service is rare indeed these days...i so highly recommend steve kozlowski and the darien dealership for your next purchase..i am positive my wife and i will be calling steve again! First and only experience so far is for a service appointment for my X5. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. They serviced the vehicle in a timely manner and set appropriate expectat appointment for my X5. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The only issue we had was during pick-up, they weren't able to locate our records since the vehicle still showed up under the previous owner.
