I recently bought a used bmw and needed to transfer the contact information as well as the extended warranties into my name. I reached out to BMW of Darien for assistance and was put in touch with Anthony contact information as well as the extended warranties into my name. I reached out to BMW of Darien for assistance and was put in touch with Anthony Martinez to help with the transfer. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and followed through until everything was taken care of. This was my first encounter with BMW of Darien and based on the level of service I recieved, not only will I be a buyer from this dealership in the future, but I will also recommend them to people I know. Beverly Clarke sets a new bar for auto sales professionals - she is in a category of one in comparison to my experience with several local auto dealers and purchase of several vehicles over the professionals - she is in a category of one in comparison to my experience with several local auto dealers and purchase of several vehicles over the years. She is extremely competent, honest and professional. Beverly handled the entire buying experience well and I especially appreciated knowing the status of things at all times (outstanding communications). I would recommend BMW of Darien and Beverly to anyone in the market for a BMW - she represents the brand and the dealership quite well. She is head and shoulders above all local Audi, Mercedes and even Lexus people, as well as others from BMW in Fairfield County. I rated the dealership as very strong due in large measure to Beverly's great work, but all the people at BMW Darien were helpful and competent.
