Carlos was efficient. On my way from Houston to Hurst my tire on my mini copper had a blowout. AAA towed me to Mini of Dallas. I had an evening dr appointment and Carlos arranged a Lyft to my Dr. my dr gave me a ride to my hotel. Next day Carlos texted me with the details and the repairs completed and arranged for a Lyft to bring me to the dealership. I was able to leave on time to drive back to Houston. Took my 2024 BMW X3 in to get a new tire. While there, I had another issue needing to be addressed. A little “mansplaining” from the tech.
