I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and wanted to share an honest review of my experience working with Ryan, Vincent, and John. Ryan (Sales): Ryan was absolutely outstanding — a 10 out wanted to share an honest review of my experience working with Ryan, Vincent, and John. Ryan (Sales): Ryan was absolutely outstanding — a 10 out of 10. I do not live in town, so most of our communication took place via text before I arrived, which I really appreciated. We came to an agreement quickly, without any of the usual back and forth or games that often make car buying stressful. The process was clear, straightforward, and efficient. Ryan even offered to pick me up when I got into town, which was incredibly helpful, and followed up the next day to make sure I made it home safely. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Vincent (Service): I also had a great experience with Vincent, the Service Director. I ran into him while purchasing all-weather mats, and he immediately offered to take them off my hands and store them in his office until installation — without me even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness and initiative really stood out. Ryan later installed the mats himself, which completed the experience nicely. It gave me confidence knowing I now have a great point of contact for service down the road. John (Finance): My experience with John in finance, unfortunately, was less positive. Things started off very warmly — I was offered coffee, water, the full red-carpet treatment — but that tone shifted once I declined the many add-ons and protection packages presented to me. Despite being clear that I was not interested in extended warranties or extra coverage, I was offered numerous options repeatedly. Midway through, the prices for those add-ons suddenly dropped once John "remembered" I I was a Costco member, which did not inspire confidence. The experience also took a turn when it came time to finalize payment. I brought a check from my husband, and it was clear this made the process less convenient for John. His demeanor changed noticeably — not rude, but no longer courteous or customer-focused. It felt as though I went from being a valued buyer to being an inconvenience. I ultimately had to go to the bank for a cashier’s check, and when I returned, the warmth from earlier was gone. I understand dealerships have policies and processes to follow, but kindness and professionalism should not depend on how easy or difficult a transaction is for the staff. Overall: Because of Ryan and Vincent, I would absolutely recommend this dealership. They both exemplified genuine customer care and professionalism. However, my experience in the finance office fell short of expectations and ultimately kept me from giving a full five stars. More
