It was not very bright in, took it for a test drive then got back. Salesman quickly came back to us noticed that the front tow hook cover was missing, salesman quickly addressed that it was ordered and on the way, then he moved on to show us engine and some other things. Should've raised a flag about why it was missing, but he moved us on quickly. Ended up buying the car. It rained in the drive home, I live 2.5 hrs away. When it stopped and I cleaned the car up noticed that 3 of rims had damage to them, 1 tow hook is missing, and the key for lug nuts is missing. Salesman contacted me a few days later about some paperwork he needed so I asked about the missing stuff and rim damage, all of a sudden it wasn't him helping anymore. Claimed to be another person in the office and that the guy who sold me the car was off and he would call me the next day. Nothing the next day, Claimed he was off again, so I tried the next day and he was off again then they just completely stopped responding. Very disappointed with this dealership and how they do business. Still can't get a response from them. More

I have had a terrible experience with BMW of Dallas. I purchased a 2021 BMW 330i with 7,000 miles in August of 2022. It was on lease prior to this since it was new, all through BMW of Dallas. I was told I purchased a 2021 BMW 330i with 7,000 miles in August of 2022. It was on lease prior to this since it was new, all through BMW of Dallas. I was told the vehicle was "too new" and "too low mileage" to CPO, and I was given a clean Carfax for the vehicle. Now, 15,000 miles later, I have since moved and took the car to my new local BMW dealership for a service issue. They informed me that the vehicle had been in a collision and I ran another Carfax and now there is a collision report from October of 2021. The BMW technicians at the new dealership caught these issues very quickly upon opening it up. Either BMW of Dallas knew about the collision and did not CPO the vehicle or, giving benefit of the doubt, they performed a lackluster inspection which was not sufficient to catch these clear issues. Now, I am facing substantial non-covered repair expenses since the collision repair work was done with non-BMW parts which don't qualify for the warranty, and BMW of Dallas is being less than helpful and refusing to acknowledge any responsibility. If you purchase a used vehicle from BMW of Dallas - even a nearly brand new one - buyer beware! And to BMW of Dallas - don't comment here about reaching out to your GM - he's been on email chains so is well aware. More
Dealer was able to get a repair coverage under warranty. Other repairs were perfect. The car has been clean and was immaculate when we picked it up. Other repairs were perfect. The car has been clean and was immaculate when we picked it up. More
