Service was great, but the Call Center is HORRIBLE! They had no information on my car and gave me the wrong time for my service. They also told me my service would take three hours, which my service ma They had no information on my car and gave me the wrong time for my service. They also told me my service would take three hours, which my service manager said was false. The couple sitting next to me had a confirmation email for service the day before, but when they arrived there was no information no information that they had an appointment. BMW needs to reevaluate who they use for a call center. More
