I pick my car yesterday from your shop after fixing my windshield and other services. On the way back home I noticed the the small rock chip is still on the windshield. I’m indifferent about this dealership/service center. They try to pacify their customers which entails making promises and then BSing their way around it. I find this practice exhausting. I have worked with many service departments and many advisors and this is consistently the worst. Dealer has a so called "125 point inspection" that they perform. We purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was not there for this purchase (just my husband and son). I suggested that it be taken to our trusted perform. We purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was not there for this purchase (just my husband and son). I suggested that it be taken to our trusted mechanic that we have used for YEARS so that we could have our own inspection done. Of course there were several things found to be wrong...to the tune of about $2500.00 bucks. Under the hood everything looks fine. It's all basically suspension related. One thing noted was "Rear shock on passenger side is blown out and doesn't even match the other 3". So that wasn't caught on the 125 point inspection??? Wait...I suppose it fell under the "Met" category along with everything else in their inspection. So our only options are to fix it ourselves or take it back to them and let them sale it to another unsuspecting person. These things may or may not be covered under the warranty. The dealer would actually take back a $26k vehicle over $2500.00 bucks worth of repair and making things right. It most likely wouldn't even cost them $2500.00! Extremely disappointed. According to my husband the salesman was overall a nice guy. To me this just makes him seem like a stereotypical shady salesperson. More

Terrible ,I bought a brand new x5 and I asked the sales person if it is all wheel drive and she said yes when I took it home I found out that it is rear wheel drive I went next day and asked the dealer to person if it is all wheel drive and she said yes when I took it home I found out that it is rear wheel drive I went next day and asked the dealer to fix the error ,they said all sales are final however they can fix it with the one condition I give the sales person a perfect score ,so they asked me to lie for them to be able to fix it ,turned out that all 2019 models of the x5 were all wheel drive but starting 2020 they come in rear and all wheel drive the sales person did not even know that is how bad her knowledge of her product is More
