Book in easy and job largely complete 30000 mile service. I also had a flat run flat tyre and was told it couldn’t be plugged and needed to be replaced at a cost of $600+ .After the service I drove to disco I also had a flat run flat tyre and was told it couldn’t be plugged and needed to be replaced at a cost of $600+ .After the service I drove to discount tyre who plugged it said it had plenty of tread at no cost. I’m very disappointed with that aspect of BMW service. More

Usually a decent service experience, but the last visit was terrible. My visit was scheduled, but I had to wait 20+ minutes just to speak to the service advisor. Spoke to the service advisor for less than was terrible. My visit was scheduled, but I had to wait 20+ minutes just to speak to the service advisor. Spoke to the service advisor for less than 5 minutes. Then sat waiting for my loaner car (also scheduled beforehand) for 20 minutes before finding the service advisor and asking him about the delay. He said I was next in line and the gentleman handling my rental showed up within 5 minutes after that. In total, spend about an hour just dropping my car off for service (breaks and a HID bulb change). The service then took all weekend (I dropped the car off on Friday). Not sure what is causing all of these delays. Things were not like this in the past. More
